SHIPPING POLICY

We offer our customers FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States!

Our number one goal is total customer satisfaction, so you can rest assured knowing you’ll promptly get exactly what you ordered.

Return Policy - 14 Day Money Back or Exchange.

  • Refunds will be given as direct money back to your original form of payment.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including sales with free shipping.
  • We will impose a 20% re-stocking fee on all returns unless noted otherwise.
  • Items will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Please do not reuse original USPS shipping boxes as they are not meant for reuse. USPS boxes are free of charge to you at your local USPS office.

 ***RMA Packages must be mailed back to us within 5 days from the time the RMA# is issued. If The RMA is not mailed within 5 days then the return is no longer eligible for return/exchange/refund. Please email us the return tracking number once you have it from the shipping carrier. We will need this for our records. If an item is shipped back and no tracking is provided and we're unable to verify it was delivered, we will not honor a refund. Customers are also responsible for the original shipping costs on all returns.

Remember to tape the box up very well as the parts you are returning are very heavy. Also, it is important that the parts are packed carefully and returned in the same condition in which they were received or we will not process the return and refuse the shipment. IMPORTANT: WE WILL NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT. We will not process credits and/or refunds for items that were REFUSED/Returned To Sender by the customer and fail to be delivered back to our facility.

**All items that wish to be returned must not be used in any shape or form on the vehicle (test fit only ok). Use of the item on your vehicle voids your option for return and/or exchange. Restocking fees will only be waived in the event of an exchange or at a manager discretion only. Please email us the return tracking number once you have it from the shipping carrier. We will need this for our records. All Returns will be processed per our return policy. Customers will be responsible for return shipping from our company to the customer on all exchanges. Customers are also responsible for the original shipping costs on all returns.

 

**All purchases are final on CUSTOM made wheel spacers or adapters. No returns or exchanges will be made on those items. The items are made to the spec you the customer provides. If the spec is incorrect for any of that information given, then you the customer would be responsible for all shipping costs both ways & machining costs to fix any discrepancies.**
