I recently order a set of wheel spacers with the wrong hub bore, only realizing it, after opening the package and looking at the invoice, and at the same time see in large light Grey print, no returns . I understood this due to the spacers being made to order.However i felt i would just eat the costs of the product. Not attempting to contact Adapters USA I wrote a review simply explaining how I would look at the return policy of all on line company's i order from in the future. Shorty after I receive a call from Ryan... I WAS FLOORED. I never tried to contact them i just wrote a review. Completely unfair to them... Ryan explained that the product i ordered was a high demand item and returning it would be no problem at all. Great character and integrity and passionfor the business. We even talked about my setup and what i was trying to accomplish.super guy and great information Will definitely be doing business with them again

I bought the 12mm adapters, very nicely machined . I really like the way the lug nuts center themselves in the adapter, so there is no guessing if your wheel is centered . Nice work !
