Shipping policy

We ship most orders from the warehouse within 2-6 business days of the order being placed. The range in time is due to how custom the parts ordered are, and whether or not we have to custom build them or they just happen to be in stock. Majority of our spacers and adapters are made to order since we have thousands of variations of adapters and spacers on our site. We literally have 10's of thousands of possible configurations due to thickness, center bore size, studs used, lugs used, etc... Custom built and made to order items including truck and steel ring adapters may take a day or two longer. Based on where you are located it will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach your destination. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method of delivery. Special shipping rates are also available for additional shipping fees.

If you are interest in expedited shipping you must call or email us prior to the order being shipped. If you are shipping your package to a PO Box please be advised that there may be a delay.

International Shipping: Exact shipping cost will be provided upon receipt of a completed order. Once we receive your order, we will supply you with a Shipping Rate based on the specific combined size & weight of you order and destination Country. We have the right to contact you if any additional shipping costs may occur. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returned to sender packages. 

Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees.

Buyer is responsible for those fees.
