I wanted 3/8 spacers that are hub centric for my 2019 Rebel (front). They worked perfectly without changing studs or lugs. I am very pleased how great it looks and drives. Plus MADE IN AMERICA.
This was a first dealing with adapters/spacers. After reading poor reviews about other products on the market. A little more research I found wheel adapters USA I liked the wording on the web site. No BS description. I went with the hub centric adapters and I am extremely impressed. Highly recommend this product.
I was charged 10 on 1.10.25 after I was promised I wouldn't have to pay any additional money other than the original 100 for spacers aka my first order which I had to send back Friday Jan 17th 2025 now I'm waiting on the correct spacers and I made my original purchase 12.23.24 still have not been able to get my rims on my car and I need my 10 refund and my correct spacers
Fit was fine, but they will not work for me. they did not allow the tire to slide past the Boat hull...the tire would rub on ther side of the boat. I will need to return them & have you refund me my money.
I will have to admit ..I was disappointed in the answer I received from you, I figured you for a stand up company, it appears that I was wrong about that
You received exactly what you ordered in less than a week from California to Colorado, we even included lugs you needed for free, the product did what is what supposed to do was built to exact described specifications and you leave us a 3 star review because you didn't measure correctly and ordered the wrong part for your application? Very confused with people this day and age.
- We sent you a revision request after we replied to your original review in hopes you'd leave a 5 star since we sent you exactly what you order in a very timely manner, and instead of changing your review to a better review, you gave us a 2 star review and lowered it from the 3 star you originally posted. Unfortunately we are unable to give you a refund posted our return policy on the ad you purchased.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days orders are no longer eligible for returns or refunds .
We impose a 30% Re-stocking fee & the price of original shipping to get the package to the customer on all orders unless there was an issue with our product in which we take full responsibility ex. wrong size sent etc...
Buyer covers shipping back to our location upon return approval.
All items must be in brand new condition and never mounted in order to qualify for return.
You clearly admitted you mounted the adapters and they didn't work with the tires to slide past your boat hull. These adapters are used and your admission to using them disqualifies them for return. I'd advise you to measure and find the correct size you need before purchase before ordering adapters from another company. Good luck. God Bless.
