I was told on the phone when I ordered these that they would work with original studs.
However that is not true. The log nuts are just half way on with these spacers between rear dually wheels. That is against DOT standard and common sense. There's a "no return" policy at this company. They misled me into buying somethingI can't use. $180 waisted.
Adapters are good quality. But make sure to put what lug nuts you need. I needed the 1/2-20 lug nuts with the adapter. I called and they said they would cut me a deal and ship me the right ones. I got them and they were hex Head lug nuts which won’t fit in the holes to bolt the adapter on. I called a 3rd time and they asked for pictures of the lug nuts to see why they won’t fit after I told them it’s just an open end splined lug nut, so I sent the picture and they hung up on me. Then I called back a 4th time and they put me on hold for 20 min just to come back and say they have to check with the engineers to see if that will work. So $15 later I ordered the right ones to my door next day from Amazon same quality of lug nut.
