Fantastic parts and service!

The parts and service I received from Wheel Adapters USA were fantastic! I bought a set of 1" adapters for my Chevy Colorado. They make the parts here in the USA to order, and the quality, fit and finish of these adapters is perfect. Shipment was prompt, too. I installed the parts today. There is no wheel vibration with these like people report with other brand's cheap parts. I really love the slightly more aggressive stance they give on this truck.

Best Spacer/Adapters!

I bought some 2025 18 inch Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD wheels for my 2018 4Runner. I didn’t realize the wheel bores were different. I tried two other spacers and was about to give up and sell the wheels, when I found Wheel Adapters USA. I just installed them and they work flawlessly. Thank you!!

Good quality

I was pretty skeptical of this site but I received the adapters and they are very good quality. They came packaged very well and arrived fast. There was a review that said they did not fit on a volvo 240 but they fit very nice on my Volvo 940.

Customer service needs work

When I initially contacted your company to get my Wheel adapters I spoke with Andrew who was able to provide me accurate and timely information on my adapter purchase. However on that same phone call he told me that they would ship out on that same day. This was on a Friday. But by Tuesday I still had not received any tracking numbers so I began what turned out to be a three day process trying to have somebody give me information on my order. I left several messages for Andrew to call me back and never received one single call back and it turned out that the adapters needed to be fabricated contrary to what he had told me when I purchased them on the preceeding Friday. I left at least four voicemails and not one call back which to me is unacceptable level of customer service. That being said I finally received my Wheel adapters, and they were a quality product. It’s a shame that the customer service and doesn’t match the quality of the product itself.

Thanks for your great review on our product. Sorry Andrew was off for most of the week, that might've been the gap in communication. We do apologize for any inconvinience this caused. These spacers are usually in stock in abundance due to their popularity, but it just so happens that we had run out, right as you ordered, and a fresh batch had to be American Made. Our apologies. We do deal with Hundreds of customers per day, and it gets a little wild, but we always make sure our customers get what they order! You ordered @ 7:38PM we close @ 4, we started the next day, and they were shipped within 3 business days, and arrived to you 3 business days later. Our fault for lack of communication. I received 20mm and 10mm for my 2022 Camaro 2SS.
The milling on the 10mm was so bad they didn’t even line up with the 5x120. I put the wheels on without the spacers and of course there’s a NO RETURNS policy stamped on the INVOICE. What a sham and would not recommend. Pay the extra for Eibach that provides a great product and stands behind their products.

I had to drive into town and pickup the package but what was annoying is that I had to pay another 20 bucks to be able to take it with me. Something about u guys not paying for the shipping

When you order them from a state like Oregon, with no sales tax, but pick them up in California and pay for them, we have something called sales tax here, that we need to collect. Thanks for your business.
