Great product excellent fitment
Could not be happier. In converting my wife's Land Rover LR3 to Jeep 5x5 bolt pattern, our options were limited. We ordered exactly what we needed from Wheel Adapters USA and the product that showed up worked perfectly and looks great.

I’m leaving this review to share my experience with the company’s return policy and customer service.
I ordered my item on March 31. Although the company stated it shipped on April 2, the package did not arrive until April 13 — 13 days after the supposed ship date. Because of this delay, there was no realistic opportunity to return the product within their 14‑day return window, which begins on the purchase date, not the delivery date.
When I contacted the company about a return, I was told they “do not accept returns on items made in the USA,” supposedly according to their website. I searched their site thoroughly and could not find any such policy listed anywhere.
My issue is not with the product itself, but with the lack of transparency and the refusal to honor a reasonable return request given the shipping delays. Clear, accessible return policies and consistent customer service are essential, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

As soon as you enter our website, on every single page, it states we are currently at a 2-6 day business day lead time due to an influx of orders we are having. In the same section, it states we ship using 1-3 day USPS Priority shipping. Being that you are in Florida, and we are in California, and from our front door, to your front door, its about 2,600 miles, so the 3 day option definitely was used. Also the ad, in BIG BLACK BOLD PRINT states the following **DISCLAIMER** So customers don't end up having the issue that you had I will copy and paste exactly what it says

We cant figure out any other ways to make this clearer, than by stating it directly on the ad you purchased under a disclaimer section, in large bold all cap underline font, as well as a whole section under the return section that displays all the details listed above. I'm in no way trying to be rude, it just seems very unfair that we do our due diligence to make sure customers read what they are purchasing, and then claim that we have a ' lack of transparency' when we literally try to be as loud and transparent about the entire product as possible.
